In terms of pesticide categories, herbicides had the highest number of exclusive export registrations in 2023, accounting for 59% of all registered products. Insecticides ranked second with 26% of all products, followed by fungicides at 11%. There were also some products classified as plant growth regulators and acaricides.

In terms of formulation types, emulsifiable concentrates (EC) were the predominant formulation type among the registered products in 2023, accounting for 20% of all products.
