• New products placed on the market as of 1 January 2021 must be notified on SCPN prior to being placed on the market. The information that has to be submitted as part of the notification is as per Article 13 of the E尊网上娱乐平台 E尊网上娱乐平台s Regulation;

• Products available on the E尊网上娱乐平台 market before 1 January 2021 and already notified via the EU E尊网上娱乐平台 Products E尊网上娱乐平台 Portal (CPNP) must be notified within 90 days from 1 January 2021;

• Products intended to be placed on the Northern Irish market must be notified on the EU E尊网上娱乐平台 Products E尊网上娱乐平台 Portal (CPNP), as NI follows EU rules.

• where the Product Information File (PIF) is kept

• details of a named contact for urgent enquiries

• details of any nanomaterials the cosmetic product contains

• the chemical details of substances

• a summary of the ingredients

• an image of the product’s label

• a photograph of the cosmetic product packaging
