Group Leader of Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs

This position is the leader of our France subsidiary and responsible for developing marketing strategies, objectives and tactics that align with the HQs and France team to achieve company long-term growth and sales/profit goals. This position will partner with the Personal and Home Care Division in HQs and other overseas subsidiaries to achieve the company market plan.

Your tasks

  • Leads and develops the marketing team focusing on exploring cosmetic regulatory market in France/the EU.
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share, analyzing marketing programs and adjusting strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
  • Develops and executes business development strategies that may include social media, webinar, seminar and exhibition.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners/ associations/ authorities in regulatory areas.
  • Cooperate closely with Personal and Home Care team in HQs to get regulatory support and ensure the projects goes smoothly


  • BSc. in Marketing, Chemical, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience in regulatory areas
  • Superior leadership skills, at least 3 years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role
  • Enjoy accompanying growth and change and bring a strong decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in French and English
  • Ability to work in a global team environment, effective interpersonal skills
